This notice explains how 813 Foundry handles information connected with storefront purchases and customer support.
Information may include your name, email address, order details, transaction identifiers, support messages, and information you choose to provide when requesting assistance.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Stripe receives payment and transaction information needed to process your order. 813 Foundry does not receive or store your full payment-card number.
Information is used to process and verify orders, provide secure digital delivery, respond to support requests, prevent abuse or fraud, maintain business records, and comply with legal obligations.
The storefront does not currently enable production advertising cookies or third-party analytics. Stripe-hosted checkout may use technologies necessary to provide payment and fraud-prevention services under Stripe's own policies.
813 Foundry does not sell customer personal information. Information may be shared with service providers when necessary to process payments, deliver purchased files, provide support, secure the service, or meet legal requirements.
Order and support records may be retained for legitimate business, accounting, security, and legal purposes. Records are not kept longer than reasonably necessary for those purposes.
