813 Foundry sells downloadable digital products. Because digital products can be accessed and copied after delivery, completed digital sales are generally final except where required by applicable law or where an order has a verified billing, fulfillment, or product-delivery problem.
We will review requests involving duplicate charges, failed delivery, corrupted or unusable files, an incorrect product delivered, or a product that materially differs from the purchased listing.
Please provide the order receipt, purchaser email address, product name, and a clear description of the issue so the order can be located and reviewed.
When a refund is approved, it is returned through the original payment method using Stripe. Processing time after approval may depend on Stripe, the card network, and the customer's financial institution.
Nothing in this policy limits any refund or cancellation right that cannot legally be waived.
